The collection of household coordinate points within the Arso Barat Health Centre catchment area, particularly in Kampung Yammua (Arso 6) and Kampung Dukwia (Arso 8), Keerom Regency, was conducted as part of efforts to strengthen malaria control through accurate spatial data. Data collection was carried out from 6–8 March 2026 using a door-to-door approach. Seven community health workers in each village, supported by Health Centre staff and partners from OUCRU Indonesia and PERDHAKI, recorded GPS coordinates for each household. The implementation was flexible, with adjustments to working hours during the month of Ramadan, ensuring the activity proceeded effectively without disrupting community routines. Over the three-day period, a total of 430 household coordinate points were collected in Kampung Dukwia and 606 in Kampung Yammua. The data collection process was smooth and efficient, supported by the cadres’ prior experience and their rapid capacity development in utilising the technology.
